A64 Motherboard Inquiry

I just got myself a barebone AMD Athlon64 3000+ processor along with other stuff for a new system. I need to know what is a good all-around motherboard and heatsink for this cpu. can anyone offer some suggestions?

I already got 4x512MB (2GB) of corsair xms memory... although my search for a board with 4 DIMM slots failed.

Please offer me some suggestions. Appreciate it.

As i remember, at the current time there would be some problem running more than two double-sided memory modules with an Athlon64 (754-pin) based system. Use two of the 512MB (double-sided) memory modules. Some manufacturers have chosen to go with two memory slots such as <A HREF="http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?p=JTWS755MAX&c=fr#" target="_new">Jetway</A>.
