Got any examples of whopping overkill, computer related.

i did one last nite...upgrading my friends PC.
it was a celleron 366 on a 66Mhz bus 440LX motherboard. (PC66 sdram only)
so what did i put in it? 256Mb of PC150 sdram of course LOL

my folks also like using my XP1800+ with 512mb of ram to play microsoft Hearts quite often when im not around too!

can anyone beat that?

A P75 OC'ed to 90 MHz, with 80MB of RAM running Win98SE sharing a internet connection for 3 other PCs with Microsoft Internet Connection Sharing (in the future this is going to be a Linux firewall/proxyserver)?

My Aunt's P133 had 96MB of RAM.

My old PII 300 had 416MB of RAM. :smile:

3 x 128 & 1 x 32.

It was quite a wee beastie.

it must have to do with when we were younger. In the summer we weren't in school, and we tended not to think during this time. Maybe we just spent so many years there that our bodies adjusted to the schedule and retained our old habits of 'dumbing down' in the summer. What do you think?
