Any suggestions on which mobo is better?

Best Mobo for the money is Abit IS7.

I use the P4C800-E Deluxe, and I'd say go with the cheaper Abit IS7.

Either board you meantioned is overpriced, offering similar performance to the IS7 and only a couple more features which aren't that important.
