Which motherboard to choose?

I'm a PC veteran and I just bought a new 3.2Ghz 800Mhz P4. I having a hard time deciding which motherboard is the best one I should buy?:

1. Asus P4C800-E Deluxe
2. Abit IC7-Max3
3. Gigabyte GA-8KNXP

Any suggestions? Thanks.

To pick just from the 3, i would say take the max3, however i highly recomend you look at the epox 4pca3+, its got more features than all of the boards listed and it comes at a sweet price, i have had good luck with the board and therefore highly recomend it.

If it isn't a P6 then it isn't a processor
