Mass effect and eyefinity?

two questions for you guys..

does anyone know if mass effect 1 and 2 do eyefinity?

also, can the ending of mass effect 2 differ when you play it through a second time?
i hear people playing the game through a few times..unless the ending can change, never quite understood that.,.

Its not the overall ending people are looking for, its the difference throughout the game, the differences between paragon and renegade actions and the reactions from the other characters. The major missions stay largelly the same but the ways they are completed and the character interactions change giving you a different "story".

Theres also the challenge of seeing just how much you can make sheppards face fall apart...
