The Abit is a great board for overclocking. I have an Asus A7N8X Deluxe board and its a good board. It has a lot of extras like firewire, Serial ATA RAID, and quality audio. Either board is a good choice in my book.

What about the DFI Lanparty NFII Ultra B ?

Also do I need extra cooling if I overclock it like you said beigeboxer? (you know besides the CPU fan)

I think I am going to get a 2700+ (2,17)Ghz...

Splendid
Hey Dave, the NF7-S also has firewire, soundstorm and ofcourse sata raid. The only thing it doesn't have is gigabit lan. I have been recommending the mobile xp2500+, as it still has unlocked multipliers, costs less than the xp2800+ gives ocs to above 2.3 gigs, and works like a charm on the Nforce boards.

Endyen, I just listed some of the features that came with my board. I was unsure if the Abit came with all those extras. Thanks for clearing it up. Hard to stay on top of all these things.
