Ok I have troubles rebuilding raid on ICH5R SATA RAID controller. I own Abit IC7 board, which allows me to plug 2 drives into raid 1. Mirror works ok, system loads perfectly, but I decided to test it, so I replaced one drive with a spare blank drive. Controller reports a missing drive from raid 1 volume, and a spare drive, but there is no synchronisation option to rebuild it. I have asked Abit, but they have yet to respond me to something useful. Anyone has any idea how to use it?

I drown my problems in alcohol, but somehow they learnt how to swim.
