Hello,
WHen I turn on my macbook it tries to start up then the screen goes black and white typing starts to appear different messages like "bad" and
"corrupt. I can't remember the exact message but, it will go on like this and won't start up anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

That indicates a kernel panic, which usually means a hardware problem. There may be a failing part in your Macbook.

Do you have the original discs that came with it? If so, use the disc to run a Hardware Test and see if any part has an error code.

If it's still under warranty, give Apple a call.
