Integrating SP2 into install CD

Hey guys.
When I get to this part of the integration process

I get an error after typing in the command
Update /integrate:c:\win_cd\cd
-------------
Update.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows
You will need to restart the program
An error log is being created

I am trying to combine Xp sp2 with a pre sp1 XP oem cd. I am doing all this on a win2kprof computer.
I've followed the instructions to the letter.

Any thoughts on what might be going wrong?

Believe it or not, the slipstreaming process will only work if you do it on a Windows XP machine.

I tried it on 3 different Windows 2000 computers and it gave me the same message on all of them.

Finally, I found a Windows XP machine and tried the same exact procedure on that one and it worked fine.

Which, of course, makes no sense at all. You would think it wouldn't care what OS it was on as long as all of the files were there.

Go figure...
