I'm putting together my first machine. The P4C800 E Deluxe has both a Sata 1,2 and Sata_Raid 1,2 connections. I have two Maxtor Sata HD. I am going to set up the machine at Raid (0). Does it matter which of the two pairs listed above I use? Either the Sata1 and Sata2 or the Sata_Raid1 and Sata_Raid2??

Thanks in advance

Actually all 4 connections go to RAID controllers. The SATA 1 and 2 are on the Intel RAID controller, SATA_RAID 1 and 2 are on the Promise controller. The Intel controller has twice the bandwidth of the Promise controller, but I'm not sure if it actually performs better.
