WTT/WTB: Black Phanteks TC14PE (for Noctua NH-D14 + extras)

Hey all,
So the Storm Trooper window panels finally came back in stock and I picked one up, which means my next project is to work on the aesthetic of my build a bit.

One element on the aesthetic improvement front I'm hoping to make is to move from my Noctua NH-D14 to a black Phanteks TC14PE. Does anyone have one they would be willing to sell me or trade for my NH-D14 (the NH-D14 is in excellent condition and I can provide pictures on request if a trade is possible... too lazy to pull it out of my build to photograph it right now since this is a super-niche trade)?

If you'd be willing to trade, I'd be willing to throw in some extras that I'm also going to be replacing - I'm going to be switching out 3 140mm Shark Aerocool Red fans (I'm going to switch to white ones I think) and also a Sunbeam Rheosmart 5.25" 6-fan PWM fan controller (going to swap this out for an NZXT Sentry Mesh controller because the Sunbeam's green LEDs don't go with anything in my build).
