I have An ABIT IS7 (awesome board for the price). I'm running Mushkin DDR 400 (OC'ed) 2.5-3-3-7. Should be 3-4-4-8. In CPU-Z memory window PERFOMANCE MODE BOX says "disabled". Is this the norm or do I need to go into the bios? Any help would be appreciated.

I think this is referring to PAT (although I could be wrong).
The IS7 uses the 865 chipset from intel, this has the same core as the 875 chipset except the 875 has this thing called PAT (performance acceleration technology) enabled. I wouldnt worry about it, the performance difference with PAT isnt very big.

I ran Sandra Mem Band Test and got int: 4525 float: 4535. This seems to be pretty good I think. Thanks

You have to set performance mode to "turbo" or "F1" in BIOS (I forget which) to enable that feature.
