When I plugged this mobile chip in my mobo, the bios function for Vcore wont go high than 1.825 when I did have 1.85 with the desktop chip. Also the nav bar look like I should be able to choose higher than 1.825. I flashed bios and CMOS with no luck. Wats up with this? Just another asus limitation with AMD chips?

It is not a limitation, as you said....It is because you overclock that you need the higher voltage. The mobile chip is new, build for mobile system, meaning that you cannot blame Asus or AMD for that. But if you want to push it way overspec, I think that ABIT NF7 can go higher than 2 volts with the newer BIOS.

-Always put the blame on you first, then on the hardware !!!

Im not blaming anyone. Im aware of the compatibility issues when putting in the mobile chip. Just wanted to know if A7N8X-D was more sensitive than others like Abit mobos.
