I need to add a sdd i like recording videos a lot with games and i think this WD black 1tb drive is slowing my fps down dramatically let me know what you got

SSD are mainly used to install Operarting systems on for a fast boost, I have 3 tb of memory and Record around 60+ fps using fraps, I don't think you need a SSD but I do think you need to add an extra HDD to record to.

Using Intel RST you can use a 30GB SSD as a cache for your drive, but it requires a motherboard that supports RST.

Yes, Sharklos is right. A secondary drive would be ideal.
