Does the NF7-S still have bios loss issues?

Ive decided toward the NF7-S but my past with them hasnt been good. Had to dead with that blasted bios data loss and wanted to know if that has been resolved today? I bought one last week and did not have it but is this an issue that happend only some of them? Thanks...

IIRC, that problem was only with v1.xx boards.

I am not sure bout dat, but I am sure that pipel still have money loss issues with it.
