The north bridge and the v-regs are probably overheating. Adding voltage to ram may help, cooling to nb and vregs would do more. If you can swap for an abit NF7-S, that's your best bet.

What is your Vcore set to?
If you have 2 sticks of RAM, are you trying to run it in dual channel? Not all RAM will work in dual channel mode - just being the same make & size is not always enough. Plus of course your RAM is only rated to DDR400 anyway, so you'd be doing quite well to get it to work @220Mhz without upping voltage/relaxing timings.

What is your HSF, and what sort of temperatures are you getting?

You see, more info would be nice! List as much info as you can - the golden rule when asking for help!

oh, AND LOSE THE CAPS, OUR EYES AREN'T DEAF SO THERE'S NO NEED TO SHOUT!
