Where's the 865PE Neo2-FIS2R?

What happend to the MSI 865PE Neo2-FIS2R mobo? That same mobo was the best performer(behind the super-expensive Gigabit)in your last P4 mobo comparo. Why has MSI discontinued this overclocked beauty? And has anyone heard any info on the new Neo2-PFISR(the one that possibly replaced it)?

You can buy the 865PE version of the NEO-FISR any day of the week off of E-Bay. Mostly new OEM's but you can find retail.
