Hi,
got one more question:
The mobo i'm gonna buy (gigabyte ga-7n400l-1) says it has
1xAGP(8x/4x-AGP 3.0 1,5v graphic cards only)slot.
However the card i'll get(radeon 9600xt) requires 0.8v
at agp8x. Does that mean that i'll have to run the card at agp4x or what?
Thanks in advance.

That card will work fine on your motherboard. The voltage (.8v) that you are talking about just shows that it is not like the old 3.3v standard like Voodoo stuff (way old.)

8x is AGP3.0, 0.8v
4x is AGP2.0, 1.5v

Both your motherboard and your video card support both standards, no worries there. The motherboard manufacturer is just making sure you don't use an old AGP2x (AGP 1.0, 3.3v) card, because it could damage the board.
