Celeron Motherboard

Any suggestions on a good performing Celeron motherboard with audio, video, lan built-in? I have a 400fsb 2.4ghz celeron that I will be using along with 256mb PC2100 DDR memory. I'm just trying to build a cheap system for internet/email, office apps, and/or file server.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! -TIA-
