GA-7NNXP new system problems

I have built a new system and it is running as slow as a commadore64.

The system is slow to boot, and is slower once up and running in either OS. All drivers & Bios are current.

I would really appreciate any & all help Suggestions

Specs:
Gigabyte 7NNXP Board - Rev 1.0
Gygabyte 5900XT Video
AMD 3200+ Processor
Kingmax DDR400 PC3200 Ram
OS - Dual - XP & W2K

Are you sure all chipset drivers have been installed?

May need to go into BIOS and make sure your cpu is recognized as a 3200+. Could require that you set the FSB to 200.
