Take a number for that information! I'm waiting to hear, too.

Yes, it works. I connected via bluetooth from my laptop. It worked
fine, a little quicker than the AT&T GPRS service I am accustomed to.

So you just had to have the bluetooth manager on your laptop browse
the phone for available profiles, and selected which?

Thanks for the information, I've been waiting for this before
committing to a phone purchase.

Ok, how did you do it?
We tried on both my son's laptop and mine and only got as far as the phone
dialing out, then... "authentication failed" and the phone disconnected.

Link the phone with the laptop, then when done connect through
bluetooth modem. Dial number #777 with username 5555555555@vzw3g.com
(5's represent your mobile phone number) and vzw as the password.

I am using Windows XP. The specifics might be different on a
different OS.

What data could you exchange between the phone and the laptop?
