No Bios

I have a 8KNXP REV 1.0 MOTHER BOARD. IT DOES NOT BOOT. The screen comes up and says R350 Samsung E-Die DDR Bios - PN 113-A07518-100 And does nothing else. I am running an ATI 9800 Pro video card With a 3.2 P4 and 2X512 Corsair 3200LLPT memory And a WD 740 hard drive Any help would be appreciated

That's a gigabyte board with dual bios isn't it? Check the manual on how to switch bios.

Since it has started to post though, your bios is probably fine. Did you connect the extra molex power to your video card? Can you try a different video card? If it fails at the same spot, it's a memory problem. Try each stick alone. That memory may have trouble running at spd on your board, so if you can use different memory to get into bios and increase the latency slightly, that may do the trick as well.
