Crysis keeps crashing in the battle against the alien biosuit

Hello Can any1 help me to fix a little Crysis bug?

Im stuck at the battle ship just after the atom explosion on the island. Everytime im fighting the BIG alien biosuit Crysis crash and its not only 1 or 2 times while duing the fight it has crashed the last 6 times and its altimes when im fighting the biosuit

Sounds like a currupt installation. backup your savegames and reinstall.

If that doesn't work...

Where was it originally installed from? disk or download? if disk, check for scratches, if download (and legal) see about re-donloading it and check the MD5.
