I need help finding information for this board. Those are the obly major markings on it. I've tried google, with no avail

As I sit up in my bed looking at all the stars, I begin to wonder... WHERE THE HECK IS MY ROOF!?

PC100 is a PC Chips brand board. PC Chips is the least respected board maker in the industry. You'll find somewhere on the board the model number silkscreened on, or at least a stick on the BIOS chip. You can get more info about your board on the PC-Chips website if you're lucky, I have one of those boards here and PC-Chips no longer carries the manual, but checking the model number under Google brings up other sources.
