Budget Mobo For P4 2.8C

Are there any nice boards out there with good sound that
support 4x DIMM support Dual Channel DDR 400 for under 100
bucks?
I will be dropping in a P4 2.8C.

I'd go with the Abit IS7. It's the full version board, costing only $10 more than the economy version (IS7-E and E2), and still under $100. It's good for bus speeds up to 250MHz (1GHz FSB).
