I am currently looking to purchase a Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge i5 or i7 Processor with a LGA1155 compatible heatsink/fan included. Having not been overclocked is preferred and is in excellent or new condition is necessary. I am offering these prices as follows:

i5-2500K: $140
i5-3570K: $160
i5-2500/i5-3570/i5-3550/i5-3470/i5-3450: $120
i7-2600K: $185
i7-2700K: $185
i7-2600/i7-2700: $160
i5-2550K: $130
(I will entertain other offers for a different model of i5 or i7 processor, but they must be LGA1155 motherboard compatible. I will also purchase a Sandy/Ivy Bridge i3 for $70)

If you can, I would like some form of proof that it works. Of course, it will need to be shipped. I reside in the Hampton Roads area in Virginia.

Might be best to change your title to something more commonly known or used on tomshardware so that you can reach the right sellers if anyone is interested. Take note that the majority of people here are very happy with their PCs especially their CPUs! I would consider perhaps a website where people actually go to sell their PC parts. You can snatch open box and refurbished CPU on newegg or amazon.

Or you can try ebay if some rich enthusiast has one of those CPU lying around and just slapped a darn i7 3970 in their PC. Another good option is right where you can be found in Craigslist. Hoenestly if you haven't seen anything in any of these sites I would be surprised. Most especially amazon used stuff is on there all the time. If you want proof that it works properly then contact the seller!
