I generally keep around 3-4 of each type of perfect gem, using extra's
for rerolling charms.
Rerolled a small charm once and only got something like 1-12 lightning
damage. I was almost going to leave it there, but I had enough for 1
more reroll and still have 3 of each gem, so I gave it one more go and
got 50 poison damage over 6 seconds and 5% res all. : )

Makes all the deaths while running Nilly as nothing! : )
