OK, I just bought a Biostar M7VIK motherboard and thought that my radeon 8500 all in wonder video card would be compatible, but something's wrong. When I install the video card and turn the system on, the board beeps at me and the display doesn't come up. But when I use an old TNT2 card, it works just fine.

I know the 8500 is functional, because it works in other computers. Is there some sort of AGP issue I don't know about? Anything you can tell me would be much appreciated.

Nope, could be a power issue or something, but the 8500 is compatable with all AGP slots.

Are you overclocking?
