Hi
i tried installing GTA 4 but I get this Fatal Error: RESC10.
I thinks my system is too old.

I my graphic cards is:

GeForce Go 7600
it says:
total graphics memory 527MB
dedicated video memory 256 MB
system video memory 0MB
shared system memory 271 MB

And my system is:

HP IQ770
My processor is: ADM turion 64 X2 mobile technology TL-52 1.60 GHz
RAM: 2.00GB
32 bit operation system

Can I play GTA4??

You are correct. Your machine is not powerful enough to run the game. The graphics card is WAY underpowered and so is your CPU.

You really need a quad-core CPU to really play the game effectively and a more powerful video card.

Thanks samuel I suspected so.
I also have a Mac mini
Here are the specifications:

* 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
* 2GB memory
* 160GB hard drive1
* 8x double-layer SuperDrive
* NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics
* Mac OS X Snow Leopard

This one should do right??
But can GTA 4 be played on a Mac mini??
If so then I would only need to buy a good monitor :)

Just barely. You really need more than 2 cores. A Quad core is what you want. But, even 3 cores (such as an AMD Phenom II X3) does really well. Two cores is just not enough for GTA IV.
