Do the ASUS P4P800 / P4P800 Deluxe / P4P800-E Deluxe allow Williamette based CPUs? My current CPU is a Pentium 4 1.6GHz (400MHz FSB, Williamette based), and I've been eyeing the P4P800-E deluxe for some time now. If I am to buy the mobo, then I can't afford a newer CPU yet, so I'm wondering if I could still use my existing chip.

This may have been asked before so please bear with me :)

First make sure you have a Socket 478 P4 instead of a Socket 423. Asus's VRM supports the higher voltages of the Willy.
