SC2 Beta Question

Hello everyone. I was wondering two things. First thing is can two different people use one starcraft 2 account to play the game or do you need two separate keys? Second thing is, I'm getting a starcraft 2 key tomorrow and I'm going to be getting a whole new computer Saturday. So, if I download starcraft 2 on this computer tomorrow will I be able to use the same key to download it on my new computer less than a week later?

Two people cannot use the same account at the same time.

To use the same key on a different computer, all you need to do is download the install client, install it, and login with your account name and password. In this way, you can have twelve computers, and if all of them have SC2 installed, you can log into any one of them with the same account.
