You can run it but you prob have to turn down a lot of settings to get a decent FPS.

I've got nearly the same specs as you (look at my sig) I can run it on High with some minor tweaking, so you could prolly run it on Medium.

If you wanna see if your computer can run this game or any other more recent games or programs use this site : http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/intro.aspx

It will ask your permission to use a JAVA download click yes on that and leave your computer alone for a couple minutes the site will test your hardware and check it to the bottem specs the game requires to play, then afterwords it will show your specs and (if) any problems you might have in running it, HOPE THIS HELPS

Tangylink's suggestion is a good one. I didn't know about that one. I always go to http://www.yougamers.com/. It's part of FutureMark and it's been spot on on any games I wanted to know about.

Overclock your CPU to 3.6Ghz of you can. Or anything really. But that CPU is a good overclocker generally, my freind runs his at 3.78, and many people get them past 4 Ghz.

As for which component to upgrade, well I would upgrade you GPU. Try and get a Radeon 58## card, lots of bang for the buck.

I moved form an 8800GTS 512 to a Radeon 5850 and the Radeon is twice as fast and supports better anti-aliasing and DirectX11 etc, but its FAST too :)
