Before you do anything, please go here and read all the posts on the NEO-FISR boards. The "P" model is just a throttled-down version of the NEO-FIS2R which are out of production. The "P" loses the Promise chip in favor of straight SATA-Raid. I would get a Northwood over the Prescott chip. Even overclocked, I still sit around 35C just surfing around and 41C under load. The "E" will heat your house with a decrease in performance. Make sure the "P" FISR supports HDD activity LED. The 865 and 875 do not except on the first two IDE buses.
