Like not have cod 5 campaign so I can just play zombie maps? I was wondering because I don't have a lot of room on my computer and I don't want to have to download a 5gb game, that'll take an entire day.

Sadly, No.

The maps rely on the actual game. The maps are just an addition, not a full game, which needs the full game to render itself.
