I recently purchased an Abit IS7 motherboard from newegg. I try to boot the system and it outputs no signal to the monitor but all the fans are running. I though there is something wrong with the motherboard or CPU so I return the board and CPU for a replacement. The samething happens when I intalled the new replacement. I try to get the system booting with only Video card, CPU, and RAM. I try different video card for the system. I cleared the CMOS. The CPU I use is Celeron 2.4GHz and the ram is Corsair value select PC3200 2 dimm of (256MB). Any suggestion?? Thanks.

I've never tried powering up without plugging in the 12V connector. Won't you get a beep of some kind?

Fortron makes awesome PSUs. That's all I use now but it still could be it. My friend came to me the other day with the same problem. He had a 550W Enermax PSU and it just wasn't putting out the power out of one of the rails. I had a crappy generic 300W laying around so I put it in and it booted right up.
