Crysis runs but crashes after 40 min

I am running win 7 64 on my rig. I can get crysis to play no problem. but it seems I can play for about 40 min before it crashes every time. Don't understand why. Anybody got any ideas.

My setup:

Asus P6X58D Premium

Intel Core i7-920 Bloomfield 2.66GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor Model BX80601920

2 EVGA 512-P3-N871-AR GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB 256-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI

Crucial Ballistix Tracer 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel

ZALMAN CNPS9900ALED 120mm 2 Ball Low-noise Blue LED CPU Cooler

ENERMAX Galaxy EVO EGX1250EWT 1250W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS

Running 2 tornados and 2 aerofan x blaster fans plus to rosewill led 120mm in top panel and 1 120 in side.

Heat is not an issue, as I idle around 27c cpu 26c mb and under load onlt get to 45 c cpu 35c mb.

I have installed all the latest drivers as well.

Have you tried a reinstall?
Your case is really cold btw, howcome?

I have achieved those temps by running 3 120mm rosewill fans, 2 aerofanx blaster 80mm fans
1 80mm rosewill fan, 1 zalman 9900led cpu cooler. All this is installed in a Lian Li full aluminum
case. I live in chicago as well and its located in my basement ass well. my startup temps are
22c mb and 24c cpu. Cool basements help.

Are you doing any overclocking (cpu, gpu, memory)? If so. I would go back to stock settings to see if that fixes it.

I haven't even touched the overclocking settings. Although, the epu 6 is set
on high performace. i have tried all the setting on that (auto overclocker??)
but still same thing happens. My current plan is to run a dual boot system
with win 7 64, and win 7 32 on separate hd's. Well see how that works.
Didn't want to spend another 180 but I'm already in too deep to not make it work.

Well, I have figured out a way to do this but it cost me another $185.00. What I ended up doing is buy win 7 32 and a separate hd and i am running a dual boot]
system. Runs very well, no crashes, get 38-45 fps. Just thought you guys would want to know. Thanks
