I was just wondering if with my GA-7VT600-P-L i was able to use both the PATA and SATA connectors at the same time or if i can only use one at a time.

I know i read somewhere they have to be using seperate controllers or sumthin like that but i don't know if my mobo has this. DOes anybody know if i will be able to do this?
