Is this a normal Resident Evil 5 fps?

I get an average of 65-70 fps on resident evil 5 with All settings set to High and 8x Anti-Aliasing, I did this using the Variable Benchmark Test.


Core i7 930 2.8 Ghz | 6 GB ram (only 3.24 GB usable) | HD5870 (GPU Clock: 875 mhz, Memory Clock: 1225 Mhz) | Intel DX58SO Motherboard |
500 GB 7200 RPM Hard Disk | Windows 7 Ultimate x 32

Unless it gets below 30FPS your game play will be smooth as butter!!

So you don't have to worry about your FPS.

Check whether VSYNC is on or not.
Turn it off and you may have better fps.

I also believe you can run it in DX9 mode as the ONLY reason they have DX10 is for the Nvidia 3d glasses. There is no other graphical improvements in DX10.
