I had my MSI M/B go bad on me. I emailed MSI for an RMA number to ship it back to them. I had a responce within 2 hours-now thats what I call service. I figure it this way, if a company wrongs me, I shout at the top of my lungs to let everyone know who is not good, seems I should do the same when I am impressed with service.

I had a BIOS problem (couldn't reset BIOS) when overclocking once and they sent me a new chip! I put it in, fired the system up, and did a hot-flash to rescue the old chip, so now I have a backup!

I emailed them with a memory question, they responded within 24 hours with an answer and a link to the memory testing results. And the email was suprisingly lucid. Thermaltake also responded to my emails, but the response I got made me think the person responding either did not speak english as a first language, or had recently undergone detrimental brain surgery.
