motherboard choice ?

if i was to choose between :

<b>-INTEL MB ATX D865PERLL Rock Lake P4 FSB800 s478, AGP 8X, 6ch audio, 5xPCI, LAN, DDR400, SATA150 RAID, ATA100, HTT

-Asus P4P800 Deluxe Soc.478/i865PE/R/SA/6xH/F/U2/GL</b>

for my new pc, then what would you suggest ?
the rest of the pc would be something like :

-intel pentium 4 2,8GHz
-2x512 DDRAM 333/PC2700 or 400/PC3200
-80GB 7200rpm HDD
-128MB ati radeon 9600pro(128bit) 400/600


any ideas ?

I'd probably get the Abit IS7. But if I had to choose between those other two, the Asus.

now to come to think about it, then maybe i will get an abit IS7.. although then i would need a soundcard too..

and if i would buy a motherboard with integrated 5.1 sound, then should i need a sound card too or would that be enough ?

IS7 has MORE sound ports than the Asus board and both support 5.1 as far as I know. But you'll have to listen to either and decide for yourself if the quality (average) is good enough.
