Yes, they should run just fine. Here are the general system requirements for the series:
System Requirements:
* OS: Windows XP/Vista
* CPU: 1.4 GHz
* RAM: 512 MB
* DirectX: 9.0
* Hard Drive: 2156 MB
You may need to run the games in Compatibility Mode to iron out small kinks, but generally if games say they'll run in Vista, they'll more than likely work fine in Windows 7 as well.
