P4C800-E deluxe harddrive issue

Slowly getting my system together and I am having a problem. I have a 200gig IDE harddrive but BIOS and windows is seeing it as 128gig. Am I missing something? I am not using raid (I even turned off the promise raid controller) or anything else.

Actually it shows up as 200gig drive in BIOS but not in windows.

Update to the latest service pack. ANd the problem is well documented on Microsoft's site(and most hard drive manufacturers last I looked, motherbaord makers too), if you'd search for it.
