Evo N600c + newest ATI driver = BSOD

Hi

Full updated Win2K (SP + hotfixes)
Updated Evo N600c with last BIOS update,
but when installing the newest ATI driver (as suggested from Windows
Update and HP Instant Support): SP27665
the laptop starts -and ends with BSOD:
Stop : 0x00000000 (0xC0000005, 0xeb5c82cb, 0x00000001, 0x00000004):
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I had other problems with battery and power supply, and the motherboard
(with graphic adaptor) was
replaced, but it's still a problem.


Have tried "sfc /scannow" but - no problems found

Any ideas or suggestions ?
