Dead MB? Pls help

Asus 266VM
Speed 256 ddr 2100
60GB Udma maxtor
Imation cdrw
Leadtek 5200FX
Audigy
GTR 350Watt mircoATX power supply (new)

changed power supply using a SONY rx case.

Just playing on Championship manager enjoying my pc, listening to music, then.....the system rebooted (never before) and blue srceens when going into windows!!!

Things i have tried:
Different bios (updated)
Using Win ME
Removing Hdd, cdr, graphics card, sound card and floppy.

Formatting
Clearing bios

None worked! Seems like its the mobo to me! pls help!

I love my pc
but my pc hates me...
