I recently asked Verizon to send me a call detail report for wireless calls
we made/received last billing cycle. The information was not available on
line. The Verizon's Customer Care rep at the other end (named Angela) said
Verizon couldn't provide me one because I have an unlimited local and
nationwide wireless services with the Company for a fixed rate. Nothing in
the Terms and Conditions said I couln't get one when I signed up for the
services. This doesn't make sense. I paid my dues on time. From a legal
point of view, can Verizon do this without letting its subscribers know of
this practice?

Is this a truly *unlimited* local and national plan? If so, how much
do you pay per month?

VZW's biggest selling point in trying to convert their current
customers to summary billing is that they can look up the call details
online, but I guess from their POV, if it is truly an unlimited plan,
why would you care to see the detail? Obviously, there are times when
anyone would want to see their call detail, even if it were just to
recall a phone number you had called once then lost.
I'd stop with this phoning business and go into a VZW store and ask
the manager. You can often get more help when you're standing there
in front of them. Not always, but often.

Perhaps to look up a forgotten phone number you called previously?

They have the best wireless network around and they can do what they want.
You think they care about what you want as a customer?

Maybe you should have read my next sentence before hitting reply.
