Readyboost and my games...

My hard drive only has a 16mb cache. If I used a good flash drive like this one:
Would it improve load times? I just got this texture pack for Fallout 3. It looks amazing, but takes a while to load. Thanks ahead, I really appreciate the help.

It won't help much with the load times.
I used a Readyboost enhanced Sony Microvault USB drive and it didn't made a difference.
It will be better if you buy some more RAM. But If you already have 2Gb or more I'll leave it as it is

Readyboost is pointless to most users - for the sake of a decent high spec USB drive you may as well just add some more RAM to your PC.
