hello!! can some help me out on this! i'm thinking of upgrade my old PC for better gaming performance (like roller coaster tycoon 3 soak! sim2 or maybe Black and white 2 and AOM3 for future)!

here mine PC spec:

AMD Athlon XP 2000+ (Palomino)
Asus A7V333 Mobo (Agp Pro 4X slot)
MSI GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB
2x512MB Kingston CL2.5 PC3200@DDR400 Ram (just upgrade recently
Antec 430 Watt PSU
Maxtor 2x40GB IDE Hardisk setting at raid 0
Creative Audigy2 sound card
LianLi Casing

what should i need to upgrade if i have only a tight budget? me myself would considering upgrade the graphic card first, but then by looking at my Mobo AGP slot is only 4X will this causing a decrease in performance or compatible issue if i get a 8X AGP graphic card??? i can afford to get the 6600GT but with my Mobo 4X AGP slot should i go for that or get for other cheaper solution like Ati 9600 series or anything you can suggest that will be worthwhile by considering the performance vs the money??? or shud i really need to change my Mobo as well???
