Will a 3d monitor work with the ps3?

well i have a 3d capable monitor

and i was wondering if it would work with the upcoming 3d update for the ps3, if it does what kind of glasses do i need?

Yes it will providing it has the correct video input. Sony released a firmware update today that prepares the PS3 for 3d gaming

I so want a 3d tv but I just recently bought a new LCD and 3d is soo much here in Aus
