AMD64 Mobile 1.2V

I'm looking to build a SFF home theater PC. I want to use an AMD64 Mobile (35W version).

Are there any Micro-ATX motherboards known to work with these 1.2V chips?

Partspc and bzboyz.com have the gigabyte k8vt800m socket 754 board for about $80 shipped. I would download the manual for this mobo from gigabyte's website and be sure it has multiplier options in the bios. You'll probably need them if the multiplier is unlocked on the mobile athlon 64. Sometimes this info is listed in the specs.
