how can i set up my internet connection with out using a proxy server? i am in a domain network, i need my internet connection to be directly connected to the internet

It might not be possible if your domain or network admins put in a system/domain policy that forces you to use the proxy server.

Ask your Network Administrator. (S)He'll know the setup far better than anyone here possibly can.
